We like this post because it brings into focus how many social sellers blur the lines between ‘connecting’ and ‘communicating’, some go further and fail to understand the difference, and completely confuse connecting with actually communicating with potential buyers. Blurring the lines is so easy to do with today’s newer technologies and practices. Vigilance is necessary to ensure actual communication does take place.
